1. How I can get a quote?
On the main page of 24pak.com you see the price checker. You need to enter the parcel details such as countries from where to where you want to ship and parcel weight, length, width and height. After doing that just press the “Find!” button. You will get not only the price, but also you will be able to choose from variety of shiping services.
2. After pressing the “Find!” button I was proposed a variety of different prices. Which one to choose?
Choose the one, that best meet your needs. Usually the price is based on the delivery time and service type.
3. I want to send a parcel, what should I do first?
If you are using our service for the first time – first register an account. After doing so, you will need to put in some money to your 24pak wallet and after doing so, you will be able to register your parcel.
4. I want to get your pricelist offer, how can I get it?
If you send more than 10 parcels per month you might benefit from signing a contract with 24pak. Please fill this form and we will contact you.
5. When will the courier take a parcel from me?
After you registered your order, 24pak courier is informed about the need of pick up. Courier will contact you before the pick up.
6. What information should i write on the parcel?
You do not need to write anything on the parcel. All the necessary information is printed on the label, that you must print from the 24pak system ant stick on the parcel.
7. How I can track the parcel?
After placing the order for pick up, you get the order number. If you write it in the tracking form on the up-right corner of 24pak website and press search button, you will see the current status of your parcel.
8. Tracking status: Receiver was not found. What should I do?
If you are a registered client: Receiver will be able to pick up the parcel from 24pak warehous, or you or the receiver, can order the redilevery.
If you are a contract client: 24pak will try to rediliver the parcel for 2 more times, and if it fails we will return the parcel to the sender.
